- HKN will provide each Chapter one hotel room and cover the cost of two nights (Up to four students can stay in one room).
- Confirm HKN-provided hotel room guests by 9 October 2023.
- Faculty Advisors: HKN will cover the cost of two nights for one hotel room for a Chapter Faculty Advisor (This room is in addition to the student room).
- Identify your Chapter’s point of contact for all communication with HKN headquarters regarding the HKN-provided hotel accommodations – please fill out this form as soon as possible.
- You must be registered for the conference before you can be assigned to an HKN-provided hotel room.
- Due to the popularity of the SLC, the HKN room block is now fully booked and can no longer take reservations. For anybody still planning on attending the SLC, we suggest booking at one of the alternative options at nearby locations.
